Panther Admin

With Panther Admin we currently support 3 kinds of support. Since Panther Admin is build up with modules around a the Panther Admin basic platform, you pick the modules you need support on, and make a contract with us based on the modules in use.

Maintenance and support contract contains*:

  • Access to phonesupport (feedback within 4 hours in working days)
  • Access to mailsupport (feedback within 1 day on working days)
  • Access to professional community forum
  • Access to forum support (no guarantee for feedback)
  • Remote desktop help (very efficient - can be done with VPN)
  • Frequently software updates, access to fixes and patches.
  • Access to professionals in case of disaster recovery.
